250 EURO (regular flat fee – includes participation in the conference parallel sessions, keynote and meals during the conference, coffee breaks as well the additional event – a guided tour of ECS exhibition)

90 EURO (emerging researchers – includes participation in the emerging researchers conference, methodological workshops, conference parallel sessions, keynote and lunch during the first day of conference, coffee breaks as well the additional event – a guided tour of ECS exhibition. The fee does not include conference dinner on Wednesday evening (14-th June 2023) that can be additionally purchased at the price of 30 euro.

Cancellation and fee refund policy

In case you need to cancel your registration, you will get 50 % of your fees refunded if you cancel up to 1 month prior to the conference. If you cancel later than one month before conference begin, your fee will not be refunded.
